Australia introduced stringent social distancing limits in March, which is generally believed to have significantly reduced the number of new Covid-19 infections combined with the closing of its borders. With fewer than 20 new infections every day, Australia's Prime Minister Scott Morrison said he would meet with the leaders of the state and territories to decide which restrictions will be eased.
